Meet our founder, Eva

Eva Poole’s journey in the NDIS sector is both professional and personal. As a parent of a child with a disability, Eva has firsthand experience navigating complex systems and supports. She understands the emotional, physical, and logistical challenges that families and individuals face every day.

Eva founded Advance Support Co. with a clear purpose: to provide a more compassionate, personalised approach to disability services. Her lived experience shapes how the organisation operates, ensuring every client receives the level of care and attention they deserve. Where people can sometimes feel lost in the system, our focus is to treat each person as an individual — with unique needs, goals, and dreams.

Throughout her career, Eva has remained committed to ongoing professional development and to understanding complex support needs. Her dedication also extends to volunteer work within the disability sector, building broader perspective and deep insight into the diverse needs of people with disability.
